1. Preparation before equipment re-installation

Before installing the equipment, check all the lines of the system to determine whether there is a disconnection or short circuit; after confirming that the circuit of the entire system is not faulty, the equipment can be installed, and solder needs to be added between the wiring contacts; when installing the equipment, it is necessary to strictly follow the product The attached instructions or installation manual are properly wired.

2. Equipment box installation

(1) The installation position and height of the equipment box should meet the design requirements. If there is no design requirement, it should be installed in a hidden or safe place, with the bottom edge 1.4m from the ground.

(2) When installing in the open air, it should be fixed with expansion bolts according to the design position, and the box body should be horizontal without inclination.

(3) When installing, the box should be close to the surface of the building. It is forbidden to weld the box body and embedded pipe together by electric welding or gas welding. The pipe body shall be secured with a lock.

3. Equipment installation

(1) The power box is usually installed on the inner wall of the anti-theft iron door, and the distance from the electric lock should not be too far, generally within 8 meters. Do not place the power supply upside down or sideways during normal operation.

(2) the installation of the door host. The door host is usually embedded in the anti-theft door or wall host embedded box. The distance between the bottom edge of the host and the ground should not exceed 1.5m, and the operation panel should face the visitors and be easy to operate. 4. Equipment wiring

(1) Before wiring, check the insulation between the wires of the laid cables and between the wires and the ground again. Only after qualified, can the termination be carried out according to the equipment wiring diagram.

(2) If the video intercom host uses a special connector to connect with the cable, the crimping should be firm and reliable, and the terminals should be numbered according to the drawing. The shielding layer of equipment and cable shall be crimped with protective ground wire, and the grounding resistance value shall meet the design requirements.

5. Check before system power-on debugging

(1) After the equipment is installed, check whether the wiring of each part is correct; if the connection is wrong, the entire system may not work normally.

(2) In particular, check whether the power cord is connected incorrectly and whether there is a short circuit between the positive and negative poles. Otherwise, the equipment and its related lines will be burned after being energized, which will cause a fire in severe cases.
