One, do not unlock:

1. Any unlocking method other than the key cannot be unlocked: first, please check whether the two ends of the unlocking wire are connected properly, and then use a multimeter to test at the electric lock end. When unlocking, whether there is more than 300 mA instantaneous current through the unlocking line (yes, it means that the host and the unlocking line are normal, it is estimated that the electric lock is damaged, please replace the electric lock test; if not, test the table at the unlocking end of the host. If yes, the unlocking line is faulty, the host is faulty);

1.1. Residents of the whole unit cannot unlock it, but it can be unlocked by password or swipe card: it is estimated that it is caused by short circuit of the main line or damage to a certain floor platform. First check the wiring ports of each trunk line. If the wiring is normal, check the floor platforms from the floor platforms on the first floor in turn (check the floor platforms: first disconnect the trunk lines on the upper floor and test the current floor. If it is normal, please replace the floor platform and try again until the test is normal (debug like new)

Second, you can't hear:

When any terminal and host are in working state:

You can't hear the host of any indoor unit: the main host is faulty. Check whether the speaker connection of the main unit is correct and whether it is rusty. If possible, try another speaker.

I can't hear the call host of some indoor units: it's mainly the problem of the indoor unit's mobile phone. Check the microphone and circuit of the indoor unit.

The host and the indoor unit can not hear: first check the indoor unit speaker to see if it is rusty or poor contact. You can find a similar speaker and try again.

Three, can not say:

When any terminal is connectedBuilding intercomWhen the host is in working state, the host cannot hear the call terminal: first check whether the microphone cable of the host is well connected and whether the microphone is damaged due to other reasons. If there is a chance, find a 52DB microphone replacement test (general extended microphone can be used with the host);

Four, no video:

When any visual terminal and the host are in working state, the visual terminal cannot display images in front of the host: first check whether the connection between the host camera and the host control board is good, and then see whether the camera control board is submerged (if it is submerged, It is likely that the camera is damaged). At this time, if conditions permit, take the monitor to test and connect to the video line end of the host. Under normal circumstances, it means that the main video line is faulty, and under abnormal circumstances, it means that the host is faulty. Then, connect the video signal of the camera directly to the display, which is normal.
